Key Concepts
A few terms come up throughout this section:- Account — a record that represents an organization, such as a member company, chapter, vendor, or partner.
- Contact — a record that represents an individual person, usually someone associated with an Account.
- Person Account — a single record that stores one individual as a combined Account and Contact, for people who are members in their own right rather than through an organization.
- Community — a group within an association, such as a chapter, committee, board, or working group, along with who belongs to it and the role each person holds.
