In the Pay Order modal, select or type the desired Discount Code in the Discount Code field. The Pay Order modal showing the applied Discount Code ## Checking Out with a Discount Code in Portal Apply a discount code on an order in Portal. In Portal checkout, type the desired Discount Code in the Apply Discount field. The Portal checkout with the Apply Discount field Once the code is applied, the applied discount is reflected in the UI. The Portal checkout showing the applied discount in the order total Apply the Discount Code before the order is paid or finalized. The discount is validated and recalculated when the applied-discount-code field changes, so add the code while the order is still being entered rather than after payment is complete. The discount is recorded as an amount on each eligible order line item and totaled on the order. It does not appear as a separate discount line item.
